The prices for bitumen are determined each year and published by the government. For the latest tariff information, you may consult the current state of affairs as officially announced by the government every year since 2014 in the Decree on prices bitumen 40/50 and in the advertising publications in the newspaper within which the current tariff for bitumen is included.
