Radio electric transmission & receiver systems
An authorization is required to build, have present, use or commercialize radio electric transmission and receiver systems.
In any case, the following obligations and conditions apply here with regard to:
- The duration of an authorization, the permitted radio electric transmission and receiver systems, the objective of the authorization, the prescriptions and restrictions that apply to the authorization
- The operational power respective to the various categories of radio electric transmission and receiver systems
- The technical requirements that apply to the radio electric transmission and receiver systems
- The prevention and removal of impediments and power failures or interference caused by radio electric transmission and receiver systems and the appurtenant systems
- The inspection of a radio electric transmission system
- The compliance with binding treaties and resolutions of an organization under international law applicable in Curaçao
- The manufacture, trade, installation or repair of radio electric transmission and receiver systems by way of a profession or a business practice
