Radio broadcasting
The installation, maintenance and exploitation of transmitter and receiver equipment for radio broadcasting requires an authorization.
The authorization involves the issuing of frequencies. Currently there is a scarcity of frequency spectrum for radio broadcasting. Therefore authorizations for radio broadcasting are granted subject to frequency availability.

Required documents for authorization request
In addition to the completed application form for the authorization of a radio broadcasting network, the following documents must be submitted:
- An adhesive stamp of NAF. 10.00
- An original excerpt of the certificate of registration of the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 3 months)
- A copy of the articles of incorporation of the company (LLC or PLC)
- A copy of the business permit of the company
- A copy of the shareholders’ register of the company
- A certificate of good behaviour of the director(s) (not older than 3 months)
- A business plan in case of exploitation
- declaration of financial guarantee enclosed with the business plan
- A technical description of the project
- A graphic representation of the installation
- The geographical location of the installation
- Folders with technical information on the equipment used
