Digital License Application for Recreational vessels and Ships now possible at RAC!

We are delighted to announce that RAC has taken a significant step in enhancing its customer service. From now on, the application process for certain licenses has been digitalized, allowing customers to effortlessly and efficiently submit applications online.

This new feature has been integrated into our website and is available for the following transmitting license applications:

• Recreational Vessels
• Ships

What has changed

The application process has been made simple and intuitive. With just a few clicks, the license application can now be completed entirely online.

In addition, from now on the costs associated with your license can also be paid online. Upon completion of your application the department of Licenses, Registrations & Fees will call or email regarding online payment.

Aside from payment convenience from now on you can also swiftly and securely upload all required annexes for your application within one single online application form.

Changing or revoking the above-mentioned licenses is now possible online.

Steps to follow

• To begin your online application, please visit the Forms page on our website:
  https://rac.cw/applications/application-forms/
• On this page select from the list the Application Form for Recreational Vessels or Ships (If a temporary license for ships is required select this option)
• Click on the provided link
• The website will then redirect you to a page where you can start your online application process accordingly.
• On this new page, choose one of the following 3 services:
  1. Request a new license.
  2. Modify an existing license.
  3. Revoke an existing license.
• Each service includes the option Recreational Vessels or Ships. Choose the option that applies.
• Read the information carefully on the required annexes for your application and click on OK.
• Fill in your application form.

We understand that your time is valuable and strive to make your experience with RAC as seamless as possible. With the introduction of the new digital application facility for these licenses, we aim to make your interaction with RAC even more efficient and convenient.
