RAC organization

RAC executes its supervisory tasks in the sector-related spheres of activity by means of operational units which each have their own responsibility originating from their specific professional area. RAC therewith distinguishes the following operational units:

  • Policy and Market regulation
  • Legal Affairs
  • Licenses, Registrations & Fees
  • Frequency management (Concessions and permits)
  • Technical Affairs: Radio Communication
  • Technical Affairs: Network infrastructure and management
  • Technical Affairs: Frequency Management & Monitoring
  • CARICERT (Caribbean Cyber Response Team)

In addition the operational activities are supported by the departments Financial Administration, General Support Human Resource Management & Automation and Management Support & Human Resources Matters.

Annual Report 2024

On 21st May, 2025, Bureau Telecommunicatie & Post submitted its annual report and financial statements for 2024 to the Ministry of Traffic, Transportation and Urban Planning.
