Willemstad, May 21, 2025 – The Regulatory Authority of Curaçao (RAC) today formally presented two core governance documents to the Minister of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning (VVRP): the Strategic Plan 2025–2027, titled Contributing for a Thriving Curaçao, and the 2024 Annual Report, themed Evolving Identity, Regulating with Purpose.
The strategic plan outlines RAC’s direction for the next three years, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and strengthening the public interest. The annual report reflects on the transition RAC underwent in 2024, including a name change and its positioning as a modern regulatory authority.
As in previous years, RAC completed its annual report as early as March, aiming to set an example for the sectors under its supervision in terms of transparency, timeliness, and accountability.
RAC extends its sincere thanks to its staff and the Supervisory Board for their dedication, engagement, and professionalism in the preparation of both documents.
