De verplichtingen en taken van CZa zijn vastgelegd in de LMG.<\/p>\n<p>De zorgautoriteit is verantwoordelijk voor o.a.:<\/p>\n<div class='blubg_container'><div class='blubg_con'><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>het markttoezicht, de marktontwikkeling en de tarief- en prestatieregulering op het gebied van de gezondheidszorg;<\/li>\n<li>het toezicht op de rechtmatige en doelmatige uitvoering door de zorgverzekeraars van hetgeen bij of krachtens de Landsverordening basisverzekering ziektekosten is geregeld;<\/li>\n<li>het toezicht op de rechtmatige en doelmatige uitvoering door zorgverzekeraars van hetgeen bij of krachtens de Landsverordening algemene verzekering bijzondere ziektekosten is geregeld;<\/li>\n<li>het toezicht op de rechtmatige en doelmatige uitvoering door zorgaanbieders en zorgverzekeraars van hetgeen bij of krachtens de LMG is geregeld;<\/li>\n<li>het monitoren van de beheerskosten van de uitvoeringsorganisatie;<\/li>\n<li>andere bij Ministeri\u00eble Regeling opgedragen taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overeenkomstig de wet, te weten de Landsverordening marktregulering gezondheidszorg (LMG), is de Regulatory Authority of Cura\u00e7ao (RAC), aangewezen als d\u00e9 zorgautoriteit op Cura\u00e7ao, de zogenoemde Cura\u00e7aose Zorgautoriteit (CZa).
