Tariefrichtlijn Nummerplan 2016<\/h2>\n

Conform artikel 7, tweede lid, onder d, van de Landsverordening op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen (P.B. 2011, no. 37 GT) <\/a>, worden in de concessies die verleend zijn voor het aanleggen, in stand houden en exploiteren van een openbare lokale, mobiele of lange afstand telecommunicatie-infrastructuur voorwaarden gesteld met betrekking tot tarieven.<\/p>\n

Op grond hiervan zijn in de concessies voorschriften opgenomen ten aanzien van de tariefstructuur en is de voorwaarde opgenomen dat de minister van Verkeer, Vervoer en Ruimtelijke Planning bevoegd is om tariefrichtlijnen vast te stellen.<\/p>\n

Op grond van deze tariefrichtlijnen kan een concessiehouder tarieven en tariefswijzigingen tot stand brengen. Voor inzicht in de tariefrichtlijnen die uitvoering geven aan deze bevoegdheid kunt u de Tariefrichtlijn Nummerplan 2016 <\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
