{"id":15813,"date":"2019-03-20T10:51:57","date_gmt":"2019-03-20T10:51:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rac.cw\/sectors\/telecommunications\/legislation\/"},"modified":"2021-12-22T17:38:45","modified_gmt":"2021-12-22T17:38:45","slug":"wetgeving","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/rac.cw\/nl\/sectors\/telecommunicatie\/wetgeving\/","title":{"rendered":"Wetgeving"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Wetgeving<\/h2>\n<h3>Landsverordening<\/h3>\n<p>Het toezicht door RAC op de telecommunicatiesector is door de wetgever formeel verankerd in de <a href=\"https:\/\/rac.cw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20160203_no._37_lb_06-07-2011_vaststelling_lvo_telecom_voorzieningen.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Landsverordening op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen, (P.B. 2011, no. 37)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Het werkveld voor het toezicht door RAC heeft in dit kader betrekking op concessies voor de aanleg, instandhouding en exploitatie van een telecommunicatie-infrastructuur en daarnaast op machtigingen voor het aanleggen, gebruiken, instandhouden of (doen) exploiteren van een radio-elektrische zendinrichting, een draadomroepinrichting of een kabelinrichting door degenen die geen concessiehouder zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Het toezicht door RAC gaat tevens over de van toepassing zijnde vergoedingen verbonden aan de eerder genoemde concessies en machtigingen, de straffen bij overtreding van geldende concessie- en machtigingsvoorwaarden, de mate waarin randapparatuur of interne netten voldoen aan de gestelde technische eisen voor de aansluiting op de telecommunicatie-infrastructuren en de mate waarin elektrische en elektronische inrichtingen storingen veroorzaken.<\/p>\n<h3>Lees hierover meer in de<\/h3>\n\t<a download href=\"https:\/\/rac.cw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/20160203_no._37_lb_06-07-2011_vaststelling_lvo_telecom_voorzieningen.pdf\" class=\"file_dowload_blk flex-row\">\n\t\t<span class=\"file_title\">Landsverordening op telecommunicatievoorzieningen<\/span>\n\t\t<span class=\"button\">P.B. 2011, no. 37<\/span>\n\t<\/a>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wetgeving Landsverordening Het toezicht door RAC op de telecommunicatiesector is door de wetgever formeel verankerd in de Landsverordening op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen, (P.B. 2011, no. 37).
